With the Fashion Design Thesis Project, SUNSITA, the designer’s name, has been printed on the fashion clothing brand label since then. Theme of Sunsita’s thesis project collection is “Punk Divas” which is renowned for its aggressive yet trendy style. Some items of Punk Divas collection can be seen in many fashion sets such as the cover of Wallpaper magazine with Cris Horwang, and the CD cover of Maria Lynn Ehren (also in the Blur MV).
Internship in Cieffe Milano, the women’s wear sample making factory in Soncino, Italy; Sunsita was one of the technical and sample making team. Cieffe Milano is well-known for its full range of high quality services, including everything from pattern making, fitting, pattern corrections, prototype and sample making, actual production, quality control and distribution. Etro, Elie Saab (ready-to-wear), Derek Lam and Thakoon are examples of the high end fashion brand customers. Moreover, Sunsita got a valuable opportunity to be part of Christopher Kane S/S 2013 Collection sample making team.
